Inside The UPS Store on the northwest corner of Litchfield Road and Waddell Road, next to Fry’s Food Store. Equipment drop-off is available during this UPS Store location’s opening hours.
Equipment may be dropped off without calling when the requested work is a service West Valley Tech provides. Drop-off services include Windows reloads, malware cleanup, diagnostics, and data transfers.
Software service for laptops is available. West Valley Tech does not perform physical laptop repairs such as screen, power-jack, or battery replacement. Printers, tablets, and phones are not accepted.
If you are unsure whether the requested work is offered, call 602-456-0064 before dropping off equipment.
Information that helps us respond
Include the affected device, account, system, or location; what happened and when it started; any messages shown on the screen; whether one person or multiple employees are affected; and whether work has stopped or a security issue is suspected.
Do not send passwords, security codes, private customer records, or other sensitive information in an initial message.
