These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of westvalleytech.net. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About West Valley Tech

West Valley Tech is a registered trade name in the State of Arizona. The website provides information about business IT services, managed security, networks, remote assistance, and residential technology help.

Website information

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a diagnosis, guarantee, professional certification, or substitute for an assessment of your particular technology environment. We try to keep information accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Services, estimates, and availability

Descriptions on this website do not create a service contract or guarantee availability, response time, results, pricing, or compatibility. Any actual services, estimates, payment terms, warranties, support plans, or project requirements will be governed by the applicable quote, invoice, service agreement, or other written arrangement. If a written service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the service agreement controls for that service.

West Valley Tech is not an emergency service. Do not rely on the website, voicemail, text messaging, or email for emergencies or situations involving immediate threats to safety, property, or critical operations.

Remote support

Remote-support links are provided to help authorized customers begin a support session. Starting or installing remote-support software does not guarantee immediate service. The Splashtop Streamer installer initially enables unattended remote access so West Valley Tech can complete the requested service. After the work is finished, we configure Splashtop not to start automatically and require you to click Allow before any future connection. A desktop shortcut is provided so you can start Splashtop when support is needed. You may also disable or uninstall Splashtop at any time. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, protecting credentials, and following the technician’s instructions. Do not provide remote access to anyone unless you have confirmed that you are communicating with West Valley Tech through a trusted contact method.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information in a manner that violates law or others’ rights, impersonate another person, or use the website to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful material.

Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review or other content, you represent that it is based on your genuine experience, is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Do not include passwords, account numbers, private technical details, or other sensitive information in a public review.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content for publication, you grant West Valley Tech a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and use that content in connection with the website and the promotion of West Valley Tech. We may verify, moderate, reject, edit for formatting, or remove submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or business integrity. We do not promise to publish every submission.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to West Valley Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. No other use is permitted without prior written authorization.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to third-party websites, downloads, products, or services. Those resources are controlled by their respective providers. A link does not imply ownership or a guarantee by West Valley Tech. Review the provider’s terms and privacy practices before using a third-party service.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This disclaimer applies to the website itself and does not replace any written warranty or obligation that expressly applies to paid services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, West Valley Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information through the website is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the latest revision. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to use of this website will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
