Located inside The UPS Store on the northwest corner of Litchfield Road and Waddell Road, next to Fry’s Food Store.

Equipment may be dropped off without calling when the requested work is a service West Valley Tech provides. Drop-off services include Windows reloads, malware cleanup, diagnostics, and data transfers.

Software service for laptops is available. West Valley Tech does not perform physical laptop repairs such as screen, power-jack, or battery replacement. Printers, tablets, and phones are not accepted.

Computers and Data

Support includes Windows problems, software, updates, slow performance, malware concerns, workstation setup, drive replacement, Windows deployment, upgrades, data transfers, and migration to a new computer when appropriate for the equipment.

Wi-Fi and Connected Devices

Improve Wi-Fi coverage and connect routers, printers, televisions, tablets, and smart devices that do not work together reliably. Physical setup and network troubleshooting may require an onsite visit.

Accounts and Online Safety

Get practical guidance with account security, multi-factor authentication, suspicious messages, backups, privacy settings, and official recovery options provided by services such as Microsoft or Google. West Valley Tech cannot bypass provider security, unlock an account, or guarantee account recovery.

If an account may be compromised, West Valley Tech can help you follow the provider’s official recovery steps and, when access is restored, review security settings intended to reduce further unauthorized access.

Especially helpful for seniors and seasonal residents

Whether you need help learning a new device, reconnecting everything after returning for the season, or solving a frustrating problem, you’ll receive patient service at a comfortable pace.

Family members are welcome to coordinate service when they are helping someone locally.
